Neuroaktive Tapping

What is
neuroactive tapping?

WHAT IS NEUROACTIVE TAPPING?
Neuroactive tapping is combining sub-methods of classic Chinese acupuncture, hypnosis and NLP (neurolinguistic programming).
It is an acupuncture (without needles) in which you gently tap defined meridian points under instruction.

The method serves to alleviate and resolve emotional disorders, symptoms of stress and anxiety and to stabilize mind and body.

AND WHAT IS NEW WITH NEUROACTIVE TAPPING?
Neuroactive tapping acupressure is a further development of the original EFT® (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

It is easier to learn than EFT® and is particularly suitable for treating limiting beliefs.

WHO INVENTED TAPPING?

EFT® was developed by Gary Craig as a "gift to the world" as he says. This technique goes back to the TFT (Thought Field Therapy) invented by the American psychiatrist Dr. Callahan who made the pioneering
discovery of the emotional effects of tapping in the late 1970s.

The term EFT® has been protected under trademark law in Germany since 2006 recognized as an "evidence-based" science-based therapy method in America since 2012.

The roots of the tapping techniques lies in traditional Chinese medicine
(TCM), especially acupuncture. The Chinese made the discovery over 2000 years ago that the body traverses pathways in which low electrical energy flows continuously. Blockages in these energy channels lead to psychological and somatic complaints. These energy channels, called meridians, form a unity with the organs and the body surface.

Physical evidence for the existence of the meridians
delivered the doctors J.-C. Darras, P. Albaréde and P. de Vernejoul in the 1980s. They injected a radioactive substance into the meridian points and in comparison points outside the meridian points. The liquid injected into the meridian points spread within the meridians. The marker injected into the comparison points was randomly distributed in the tissue around the injection site.

Neuroactive tapping relies on the latest study results using tapping to influence the body's own substances like cortisol or dopamine. It leads more and more to the asumption through learning processes the brain can be influenced directly.
